The available booking options are shown at checkout. Choose Reserve now to confirm your room without an online payment and pay at reception on arrival. If an online-payment option is offered, the first night is required to confirm that booking; the remaining balance is due at check-in. Room prices are in US dollars. Reception confirms the manager-approved daily rate for payments in Leones.
48-hour window
Cancellation is free until 48 hours before arrival. If you have already paid, a cancellation made at least 48 hours before arrival receives a full refund. Refunds require management approval.
Dates & room changes
Changes requested at least 48 hours before arrival are subject to availability and any price difference. Early departures are considered by management case by case.
Comfort for everyone
Rooms are non-smoking. Outdoor designated smoking areas may be used. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Parties are not allowed.

Booking information is used to manage the stay, payment, safety, and required records. Guests may request access, export, or deletion subject to legal-retention obligations.
